The consonant sounds are shown in the blue box at the bottom of the British English IPA chart, under the vowels. Uncountable nouns are things like substances, and ideas and concepts. Money is a concept and we can't count money. All we can talk about is money, or the money. If we want to count money, we have to count parts of it such as coins, dollars, euros. Some things can be both countable and uncountable like hair for instance.
